Website terms
Please read these short terms before using the site. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Catalogue and enquiries
This website is a catalogue and enquiry service. It does not sell products online. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or a reservation. Prices, availability, delivery and installation support are confirmed by our staff for each enquiry.
Product information
We take product details from manufacturers' literature and our own records. Specifications, finishes and photographs can change, and colours on screen can differ from the real finish. Please confirm critical dimensions and finishes with us before you order. Some pages are sample listings while the catalogue is being added; they are marked "Sample listing".
Brands
Brand names and logos are trademarks of their owners. Listing a brand means its products are available through Eddi Hardware; it does not imply any other relationship unless stated.
Installation and after-sales
Where a manufacturer offers installation or warranty service, we help you arrange it. The manufacturer provides that service on its own terms, and availability and charges depend on the product and your location.
