Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, your preferred reply method (phone call, WhatsApp or email), your phone number or email, your area or town, what you need, any optional details you add (such as your role, project stage or visit date) and the products in your list.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange your visit. We do not sell them or use them for marketing. We keep closed enquiries for up to three years and then delete or anonymise them.
If you choose a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message ready for you to send. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
My Project
Your shortlist is saved only in your browser on your device. We don't receive it unless you send an enquiry or share the list. Shared list links contain only product references and quantities, not personal details.
Technical data
To protect the enquiry form from abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your network address for a short time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Staff accounts
Employees who use the attendance screens are covered by a separate notice provided by Eddi Hardware.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you've sent. Contact murtazaeddi@gmail.com or call 98930 76350. We respond within 90 days, usually much sooner.
